Wave Jet, the self-propulsed boards, have been making quite some noise lately in the surf world (not litteraly, since it's supposed to be quiet!). The new type of board is spiking the curiosity of a lot of people, and we'll have to wait and see if it will actually make its place in the lineups of this world.

The company offers a SUP, a longboard, a short board, a Gun, and body board and a Rescue board, all available on pre-orders. We can definitely see the use for is for the rescue boards, which is probably going to be a big hit, but it might take a bit longer before hard core surfers see these boards as "legitimate". As SUPers, we all know how long it takes before something new is fully accepted in the lineups!
